The present invention relates to a height-adjustable dual plant cultivation management apparatus for root zone environment improvement, which removes the aged portion of the root zone so as to keep, from becoming bulky, the root zone of an edible (various kinds of wrapping vegetables, leaf vegetables, and root vegetables) or ornamental plant which is planted in a plant cultivation management apparatus, and forms a new root zone, thereby increasing yield and shortening harvest time through activation of growth and development. The present dual plant cultivation management apparatus comprises: a perforated suspension flowerpot having a plurality of perforations for securing air permeability and water drainage arranged in a matrix shape on the side surface and lower surface thereof and having an edible or ornamental plant planted therein; a water tank flowerpot for receiving water and enabling the lower portion of the perforated suspension flowerpot to be dipped into the water; a supporter supportably positioned at a certain height from the bottom of the water tank flowerpot so as to form a space separated from the perforated suspension flowerpot and support harvests (bulbs) of the root vegetables penetrating through the perforated suspension flowerpot; a stopper hole formed at a certain portion of the side surface of the water tank flowerpot and penetrated to be capable of confronting any one of the perforations; and a height-adjusting stopper pin combined to the stopper hole penetrable to confront the perforation so as to fix the perforated suspension flowerpot at a suspension position.
