Disclosed is an offline optimization method of gasoline blending. The method comprises: first building a gasoline blending model, wherein the model comprehensively considers lowest blending costs, minimum product mass excess and minimum manganese agent usage under prerequisites of meeting a product index constraint, a component inventory constraint, a manganese agent usage restriction and a material balance constraint; and then using a particle swarm optimization algorithm to perform optimization calculation on the model that is built, wherein the particle swarm optimization algorithm uses a new processing manner for an equality constraint in the blending model, which can ensure that a result after each particle swarm update meets an equality constraint condition. Not only a swarm scale is ensured, but also a computing speed is increased.
