摘要

The invention relates to a pharmaceutical agent exhibiting mixed nootropic properties with a broad range of activity, having an effect on a gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) system, and can be used in medicine, in psychoneurological practice and in the pharmaceutical industry. The technical result of the invention consists in increasing the content of an active substance in a liquid form of the preparation (up to 40%) by means of improving the organoleptic properties thereof, and by providing the ability to decrease the viscosity of the liquid form of the preparation by means of decreasing the content therein of substances which increase the viscosity thereof and by means of increasing the water content.
