A vertically polarized omni-directional antenna (10) and a 4G dual polarized omni-directional ceiling antenna (1) are provided. The vertically polarized omni-directional antenna (10) includes a base plate (100); a monopole (200) having a central portion (210) and a plurality of radiating portions (220), each of the radiating portions (220) defining an inner end connected with the central portion (210), the inner ends of the radiating portions (220) being spaced apart from one another in a circumferential direction, so as to form an accommodation space (230); a first feeder (300) connected with the base plate (100) and the central portion (210); a plurality of connecting elements (400) connected in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of the radiating portions (220), and a coaxial cable (600) having a first section positioned in the accommodation space (230) and a second section.
