The degrading effects of cylindrical metal obstructions on the far-field radiation pattern of an omni-directional antenna,vertically or horizontally polarized were investigated by A. J. Hissink. The note is a description of a computer program to evaluate the far-field radiation pattern of such a system. The program which is adapted from Hissink's work,is written in FORTRAN for use on Com-Share Commander II time sharing facility. (Author)
