Table tennis table touch sensors, comprising at least two piezoelectric sensors (3) installed on the edges of a table tennis table (1), and a judging module (10); the two sides of the net (2) of the table tennis table (1) are provided with at least one piezoelectric sensor (3); the piezoelectric sensors (3) are used to acquire the vibration signal generated by a table tennis ball hitting the table tennis table (1); and the judging module (10) is used to compare the strength and generation time of the vibration signals respectively obtained by the at least two piezoelectric sensors (3), and determine the impact point of the table tennis ball on the table tennis table (1). Also disclosed is a table tennis competition judging system having the sensors.
