A METHOD OF MANAGING THE PRESENTATION OF SIGN LANGUAGE BY AN ANIMATED CHARACTER

This invention relates to a method of managing the movements of a realtime and fluent animated character for deaf people which is used in the process of translating the datas received directly or as a text from ambient sounds, any sound from a source such as TV or radio to sign language. The aim of the method of managing animated character is to provide sign language motions which are presented by the animated character to be performed at certain speed limits and easily understood in order for deaf people to follow the presentation smoothly. Adjusting the animation completion time according to the flow speed of the text in order for sign language animations to be fast or slow according to the flow speed rate of the translated text real-timely is yet another aim of the invention.
