Device for measuring the conductivity of a liquid in order to determine very low levels of total organic carbon (TOC) in pure and ultrapure water

The present application relates to a device (1) for measuring the conductivity of a liquid which comprises a measuring chamber for containing a sample volume to be irradiated by UV rays formed in a hydraulic body (4) which comprises an inlet channel for supplying the measuring chamber with liquid to be measured and an outlet channel for discharging the measured liquid from the measuring chamber, the inlet channel and the outlet channel opening on either side out of a surface exposed to UV rays, so that only the sample volume contained in the measuring chamber is irradiated. The present application also relates to a use of such a device and a purification system comprising such a device.
