An electronic program table generation apparatus (1) comprises: a program information collection/storage unit (103) that collects program information from desired information extracted from digital broadcast signals and that stores the collected program information; a time information provision unit (105) that provides first time information that is a current time in a region where the electronic program table generation apparatus (1) is placed; a broadcast station time difference information calculation/storage unit (104) that acquires, as second time information, time information having been set in the digital broadcast signals, calculates a time difference between the first and second time information, and that stores the time difference and broadcast station determination information associated therewith; a program information correction unit (106) that corrects, on the basis of the time difference, the times included in the program information, thereby generating time-corrected program information; and an electronic program table generation unit (107) that generates the image data of an electronic program table based on the time-corrected program information.
