[Problem] Provided are: an easy, inexpensive method for producing a cell construct that can serve as a bone tissue restoration material; and a cell construct having osteogenic potential obtained by this method. [Solution] A method for producing a single-layer adipose-derived stem cell sheet having bone differentiation potential, the method comprising adding a solution, prepared by adding ascorbic acid or a salt thereof to cell culture medium free of cell differentiation inducer, to a culture container having no scaffold added thereto and culturing adipose-derived stem cells in this solution; and an adipose-derived stem cell sheet produced by this method.
