The invention relates to an adapted drilling equipment platform with a movable mechanism for a hoisting and lowering transport system, and to a system for lifting and lowering the platform over the well head, wherein a mechanism has a base (9) with supporting feet (12) and arms (5) which operate by means of a pantographic system and are interconnected underneath the floor (2) of the platform (1). The platform (1), which is mounted and compacted in a hanger, can be hoisted and lowered automatically by the operation of the supporting feet (12) to be set on the body (C) of a carriage and conveyed to over the well head, where it is removed from the carriage and lifted again automatically by the pantographic system of the arms (5) and placed in position for drilling.
