Disclosed are a system, method and apparatus for achieving a link-state pass through function based on a PTN, which relate to the field of PTN devices. The system comprises an access gateway (AG) device, a first operator edge device PE1, a first operator device P1, a second operator device P2, a second operator edge device PE2 and a service router (SR) device which are connected in sequence. The exception of a link state can be detected via the CSF, CCM and RDI packet mechanisms of the original MPLS-TP OAM of a PTN device, so as to trigger the switching of a network device, and therefore, the present invention can not only reduce the service damage, but also can achieve an LPT function. When in use, the present invention will not generate an additional function module, and will not generate an additional overhead either, so that not only can a processing mechanism be simplified and the processing efficiency of the device be improved, but also the network construction costs and the usage costs can be reduced.
