A navigation end point determining method, a device and a navigation apparatus in a navigation system are disclosed. The method comprises: searching at least one road closest to a destination on the basis of the destination information input by a user (S201); obtaining road types of the road (S202); determining a target road on the basis of a preset target road determining strategy if a preset special road type is contained in the road types (S203); the special road type means a no-parking road type; and setting a navigation end point on the target road (S204). The success rate and the accuracy of navigation can be improved by the solution.
