The purpose of the present invention is to provide an orbit information distribution system, a server, a mobile terminal, and an orbit information distribution method, with which the costs associated with distribution of satellite orbit information can be reduced. This orbit information distribution system is provided with a first mobile terminal, a server (3), and a second mobile terminal, wherein the first mobile terminal is provided with a reception unit which receives a satellite signal and acquires satellite orbit information, and a terminal-side information transmission unit which transmits satellite orbit information acquired by the reception unit; the server (3) is provided with a server-side information acquisition unit (301) which acquires satellite orbit information transmitted from the first terminal, and a server-side information transmission unit (304) which transmits satellite orbit information acquired by the server-side information acquisition unit (301); and the second mobile terminal is provided with a terminal-side information acquisition unit which acquires satellite orbit information transmitted from the server (3).
