The present invention relates to a method for setting scheduling in an uplink and downlink, and an apparatus therefor. In particular, the present invention provides a method and an apparatus therefor, the method comprising the steps of: configuring a dual connectivity with a first base station and a second base station by a terminal, in a process of setting scheduling in the uplink and downlink with the first base station or the second base station by the terminal; receiving scheduling information on transmission to the uplink and scheduling information on reception in the downlink from the first base station and the second base station by the terminal; and applying scheduling information of one base station among the first base station and the second base station to uplink transmission or downlink reception by the terminal when the scheduling information exceeds the size of maximum transmission data or the size of maximum reception data.
