IEC61850-BASED COMMUNICATION SIMULATION METHOD FOR LIGHTNING ARRESTER ON-LINE MONITORING DEVICE

Disclosed is an IEC61850-based communication simulation method for a lightning arrester on-line monitoring device. The method comprises the following steps: (1) starting an IEC61850/MMS communications service by simulation; (2) querying values of analog quantities, pre-stored in an SQL database, of an analysis on a lightning arrester on-line monitoring intelligent electronic device to be simulated; (3) generating alarm rules by using preconfigured telemetering limits, and automatically computing corresponding alarm telesignalling states; (4) sending the analog quantities and the alarm telesignalling states in the form of an IEC61850 report; and (5) waiting for the next moment of data sending, and repeating step (2) until all pre-stored data is sent. In the present invention, a common PC can be used to establish a lightning arrester on-line monitoring intelligent electronic device simulation system, which is used in place of an actual on-line monitoring intelligent electronic device and the like to generate on-line monitoring data of fault states of primary devices; accordingly, the dependency on an actual on-line monitoring intelligent electronic device is removed when advanced applications such as health state evaluation on primary devices of an intelligent substation are debugged, and the complexity of the debugging work before operation of the advanced applications is simplified.
