摘要

A method for promoting the penetration of a beauty care ingredient into skin, said method comprising bringing the beauty care ingredient into contact with skin and then irradiating the beauty care ingredient with positive ions and negative ions each bound to a water molecule, wherein the positive ions and the negative ions are generated by electric discharging in the atmosphere; and a device for promoting the penetration into skin, which is a device used for promoting the penetration of a beauty care ingredient into skin and is equipped with an ion generation unit and an air blowing unit, wherein the ion generation unit can generate positive ions and negative ions each bound to a water molecule by electric discharging in the atmosphere, and the air blowing unit is used for supplying the positive ions and the negative ions into skin with which a beauty care ingredient has been in contact. Thus, it becomes possible to provide a method and a device both of which enable the penetration of a beauty care ingredient into skin more simply compared with the conventional methods and devices.
