Disclosed are a resource allocation method, a resource contention method and related apparatuses, so as to solve the problem in the prior art of a large delay in obtaining an available resource by a UE in a contention-based distributed resource reuse method. The method of the present invention comprises: a first terminal sends declaration information used for indicating an available resource; the first terminal receives resource request information sent according to the declaration information by at least one second terminal; and the first terminal sends response information comprising an identity of at least one third terminal, so as to notify the at least one third terminal to use the available resource, the at least one third terminal being selected from the at least one second terminal.
