METHOD FOR ONLINE AUCTION AND REVERSE AUCTION

The present invention relates to a method for an online auction, in which a purchaser makes a winning bid for an auctioned product by means of a purchaser terminal that is connected to an auction server through a communication network, the method comprising: a first step for selecting a first bid, which is the highest bid among bids input after the opening of an auction, and a first purchaser, who made the first bid, as a current winning bid and a current winning bidder, respectively; a second step for, if a second purchaser inputs a second bid which is higher than the current winning bid that has been selected in the first step, notifying same to the first purchaser who is the current winning bidder and confirming on maintaining winning bidder status; and a third step for, if in the second step the first purchaser maintains the winning bidder status by inputting a third bid which is higher than the second bid, reselecting the third bid as a current winning bid.
