The invention relates to a motor vehicle equipped with a combustion engine constituting a powertrain carried by suspension blocks. The internal combustion engine is provided with a first pulley associated with a crankshaft and a second pulley associated with a compressor equipping an air conditioning loop. The first pulley and the second pulley have a gear ratio D. The internal combustion engine has an idle speed R. The power train has a maximum frequency F of vibration on the suspension blocks. The gear ratio D satisfies the following inequality [1]: Cs × F × 60 / R Din which Cs corresponds to a safety factor.
