This invention relates to a gateway for allowing a user equipment (UE) connected to a base station (BS) of a mobile communication network to access contents stored into delivery nodes (DA) of a content delivery network (CDN), adapted for:- receiving a request for content (M) from the user equipment, the request being forwarded by the base station (BS);- intercepting the request and forwarding it to a delivery node (DA);- receiving from the delivery node said content as a dataflow (R),- forwarding this dataflow to the user equipment (UE) through the tunnel,said gateway being further adapted to determine a maximum bit rate (CDN-APN-AMBR) for said dataflow to be transmitted to said user equipment.
