The present invention relates to a device which comprises light source (ZS) consisting of at least two multimode laser diodes that generate light in the red (R), green (G) or blue (B) spectral region with the light intensity of each diode adjustable independently and with all beams merged by dichroic mirrors (DZ) into single collimated concentric beam with rectangular cross-section whose sides ratio is from 1:1 to 1:1.5.;Such laser beam passes through the optical system (OS) that comprises lens (S) and achromatic optical doublet (OD), whose focal distance is greater than that of the lens (S), illuminating at least 90% of the area of the optical doublet (OD) thus forming full color light beam with low divergence, circular cross-section and homogenous light intensity distribution. The main advantage of the invention is simultaneous achievement of low divergent beam (0° to 10°) with homogenous light intensity distribution, sharp edges, high efficiency (25%), long lifetime (20 000 hours), high output power (tens to hundreds watts) and smooth full color mixing.
