The present invention relates to a gas-liquid separation type plate heat exchanger and, more specifically, to a gas-liquid separation type plate heat exchanger capable of improving heat exchange efficiency through counter-flow heat exchange by alternately having first flow paths and second flow paths when having heat transfer plates with regular areas arranged at distances therein, and capable of discharging a completely gaseous fluid by having a separation space formed on the upper side of the casing thereof and used to separate a liquid fluid from a fluid of which the phase is changed into a gas. Provided is a gas-liquid separation type plate heat exchanger comprising: a casing having a first inlet and a first outlet, and having an inner space storing a certain amount of a first fluid; and a heat transfer assembly having multiple heat transfer plates with regular areas arranged at distances along one direction of the casing in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the casing, and alternately having first flow paths with opened upper and lower sides and second flow paths with closed upper and lower sides between the respective heat transfer plates, wherein the heat transfer assembly partitions the inner space into: a first space arranged to cross the inner space, and storing the first fluid; and a second space collecting the first fluid of which the phase is changed from a liquid to a gas when the first fluid exchanges heat with a second fluid flowing in the second flow paths, and providing a separation space in which the liquid fluid is separated from the first fluid.
