An embodiment of the present invention provides a wheel assembly device having an in-wheel motor for an electric vehicle installed, which has the reduced number of parts constituting a wheel assembly, in which an in-wheel motor is installed, to reduce the weight in order to resolve a riding comfort problem of an in-wheel vehicle, caused by an increase in unsprung mass. Disclosed is a wheel assembly device having an in-wheel motor installed, which includes the in-wheel motor located at an upper end with respect to a central shaft of a wheel and being apart from the central shaft of the wheel in a predetermined angle; an in-wheel motor shaft integrally installed to the in-wheel motor; a first gear installed at an end portion of the in-wheel motor shaft; a planetary gear connected to the first gear and functioning as a single reduction gear; a second gear indented and fixed to the planetary gear; a third gear connected to the second gear and functioning as a double reduction gear; a housing protecting the first gear, the planetary gear, the second gear, and the third gear, and directly fastened to the in-wheel motor; a hub having a portion of a rear surface portion fastened to the third gear inside the housing; a disk installed at a front surface portion of the hub; and a wheel installed at the front surface portion of the hub.
