A method for controlling the reproduction of sound from a musical instrument played by an electronic pen using a print with code images printed thereon comprises: a musical instrument selection recognizing step of capturing a code image in code image areas (211-21n) assigned to a specific musical instrument in a musical instrument selection image area (210) where the code image is assigned and printed to a performable musical instrument, analyzing the captured code image to convert the captured code image into code data, and extracting a musical instrument index assigned to the specific musical instrument (S10); a note touch/performance recognizing step of capturing a code image in the code image area assigned to a specific note in a note input image area (230) printed for each note, where sound from the code image is played, analyzing the captured code image to convert the analyzed code image into code data, and extracting a sound source index assigned to the specific note from the converted code data (S20); and a musical instrument performance step of checking a memory based on the musical instrument index assigned to the selected musical instrument and the sound source index assigned to the selected note to search a sound source of the selected note of the selected musical instrument, and playing a stored sound source (S30), wherein the note touch/performance recognizing step (S20) processes a process of determining whether the electronic pen has continued to touch a code image area assigned to a specific sound source, and the musical instrument performance step (S30) plays the sound source while the touch continues.
