The present invention relates to a device for a crane to prevent a railway vehicle from overturning including a body unit inserted and fixated to lateral beams vertically formed on both sides of a gripping unit; a transferring unit installed on the front side of the body unit to be slid and transferred toward the side of the railway vehicle by a transferring member; a push-bar unit installed on the front side of the transferring unit to be extensive lengthwise and moving toward the side of the railway vehicle with the transferring unit; and an adhering unit connected to the end of the push-bar unit to be able to rotate and adhering to the side of the railway vehicle. Therefore, the present invention can balance the railway vehicle not to overturn to a side by supporting both sides of the railway vehicle even if the gripping unit of the crane lifts the weight-unbalanced railway vehicle before lower devices are installed, thereby preventing the railway vehicle from overturning and preventing accidents.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
