GENE DELIVERY SYSTEM COMPRISING A NEW CATIONIC LIPID

The present invention relates to: a gene delivery system complex including cationic lipid with excellent gene delivery efficiency or a liposome produced by using the cationic lipid; and a method for producing the same. The cationic lipid or the liposome has gene delivery efficiency outstandingly increased when compared to a prior gene delivery system. Moreover, the cationic lipid or the liposome has very low cytotoxicity and thus can be developed into an effective gene delivery system.
