Disclosed is a cognition training device for preventing dementia. The cognition training device for preventing dementia comprises an information input unit in which information including personal data of an object; a cognition training unit which performs cognition training for preventing dementia by recasting training contents for preventing dementia stored in a training contents database for the object corresponding to the information input in the information input unit; and a result output unit which outputs capacity result trained in the cognition training unit. The cognition training device for preventing dementia develops senior citizen cognition training contents; organizes a system to apply the contents to a computer based training tool and a smart phone based application training tool; and ultimately can be used by making a connection with the cognition training program for preventing dementia.
