The present invention relates to a method for delivering a protein specific to a cancer cell in blastocysts and generative organs, and to a composition thereof. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an effective delivery method to a novel specific cell, and a composition. To this end, provided is a composition for delivering a protein specific to blastocyst cells including a protein having peptide of sequence number 1 as an active ingredient, wherein the protein is selected from a group consisting of a growth factor, a fluorescent protein, a marker protein, and cytokine.
