The present invention relates to a method for installing an FPSO pipe structure connected to a riser. The method enables to minimize generation of errors to be corrected when the FPSO pipe structure is actually installed on the sea by manufacturing a model of the FPSO pipe structure, installing the model on a termination head, and reflecting error correction to manufacture the FPSO pipe structure. The method for installing the FPSO pipe structure connected to the riser comprises a first step of building an FPSO hull, and fixing an I-tube pipe fixing member and an I-tube on one side of the FPSO hull; a second step of installing a termination head model on one end of the I-tube; a third step of manufacturing the FPSO pipe structure and installing the manufactured FPSO pipe structure on one end of the termination head model; a fourth step of checking the design correction of the FPSO pipe structure model; a fifth step of manufacturing the actual FPSO structure reflecting the design correction; and a sixth step of installing the actual termination head and a flexible riser pipe on an FPSO and the FPSO pipe structure after transporting the FPSO and the FPSO pipe structure to the sea. The steps from the first step to the fifth step are performed on a yard.
