MOCK COMBAT SIMULATION SYSTEM FOR ANALYZING COMBAT EFFECTIVENESS OF WEAPON SYSTEM, AND METHOD THEREOF

Provided in the present invention are a mock combat simulation system for analyzing the combat effectiveness of a weapon system, and a method thereof. The mock combat simulation system can virtually realize firepower, detection, protection, damage assessment, etc. by reflecting both performance and unique characteristics of a weapon system and components, and environmental conditions of an outside environment, and can analyze combat effects through probability based algorithm calculation. In addition, the method for the mock combat simulation system sets a behavior model appropriate for performance characteristics of preset doctrine and each weapon system, and simulates a mock combat of virtual objects of each weapon system, or individual soldiers and troops based on the set behavior model. Therefore, the system and the method can analyze combat effects which reflect various characteristics of a ground weapon system, behavior characteristics of soldiers or troops, and impacts of environmental conditions.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
