The present invention relates to a nanocomposite having barrier properties and a nanocomposite composition including the same and, more specifically, to a nanocomposite which is characterized by including a barrier resin and a layered clay compound, wherein the barrier resin is a blending resin of polyamide and an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, and to a nanocomposite composition including the same.
