Disclosed are a system and a method for controlling an output of a low-voltage DC-DC converter of a pro-environmental vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for controlling the output of the low-voltage DC-DC converter of the pro-environmental vehicle comprises: an audio video navigation (AVN) system which collects traffic information based on a location and a driving direction of the pro-environmental vehicle and measures a driving speed of the vehicle; the low-voltage DC-DC converter (LDC) which converts power of a main battery supplying motor driving power into a high voltage or a low voltage within a specific variable range and supplies the converted voltage to be appropriate for voltages used in an auxiliary battery and electronic loads; and a controller which determines whether the vehicle is backed up through the AVN system while a high electronic load requiring for a high voltage is used, and enters into an eco-mode to control an output voltage of the LDC so that the output voltage varies from the high voltage to a lower voltage if the vehicle is backed up.
