The present invention relates to a persimmon dryer comprising: a drying chamber (110) in which persimmon, an object to be dried, is stored; upper and lower blower fans (120, 130) disposed at an inner upper portion and inner lower portion of the drying chamber (110) and allowing the shift of rotation directions; a heater (140) disposed between the upper and lower blower fans (120, 130) outside the drying chamber (110), and heating air blown by the blower fans (120, 130); upper and lower dehumidifiers (150, 160) disposed at upper and lower portions of the heater (140) and removing water contained in air before the air blown by the blower fans (120, 130) is heated by the heater (140); a control unit (170) shifting the rotation directions of the blower fans (120, 130) and also selectively driving the upper and lower dehumidifiers (150, 160) disposed at the upper and lower portions of the heater (140), wherein the direction of air circulation and operations of the upper and lower dehumidifiers (150, 160) are selectively driven by the forward/reverse rotation of the blower fans (120, 130), and thus the blowing direction may be shifted and persimmons dried in the drying chamber (110) may be uniformly dried regardless of heights and positions.
