The present invention relates to a third rail construction method with improved constructability and structural stability for constructing a third rail at a right position, shortened construction time, and construction efficiency by previously installing an insert connection unit to connect a third rail when when a precast concrete slave panel is manufactured. The present invention comprises a precast concrete slave panel manufacturing step for manufacturing a precast concrete slave panel comprising the insert connection unit, a hump in which a coupling unit is coupled, and a filling material injection unit for injecting a filling material by combining the nut type insert connection unit with a frame formed of a rebar by welding, placing the combined material in a mold, and pouring and curing concrete; and a third rail connection step for connecting the third rail to the insert connection unit of the manufactured precast concrete slave panel. The present invention is provided to form the insert connection unit at the accurate position which is reflected when the precast concrete slave panel is manufactured, thereby reducing work time and preventing crack, damage, and deterioration. The present invention is provided to enable a worker to only connect the third rail with a connection unit such as a bolt or the like, thereby offering worker convenience and workability. In addition, the insert connection unit is manufactured when the first precast concrete slave panel is manufacture to enhance connection strength, allowable tensile stress and drawing load, thereby improving stable constructability and structural stability.
