The present invention relates to a metal precursor solution which fabricates the light harvester of a solar cell by independently coating a metal precursor solution and an organic precursor solution. More particularly, metal precursor according to the present invention contains a solvent, a metal halogen compound, and an organic halogen compound. The concentration of the metal halogen compound which exceeds the metal halogen compound solubility limit of the solvent can be obtained by the organic halogen compound.
