The present invention relates to silicon adhesive mortar for insulating the outer walls of various buildings and a method for building insulation outer walls of a building by using the same. More specifically, properties such as hydrophobic property, high strength and high air permeability are provided while preventing cracks so as to fundamentally block the permeation of rainwater into the building and effectively discharge moisture existing in the building.
