The present invention relates to a fiber stone net structure and a lifting frame thereof, and a method of eco-friendly restoring ecological system using the same. The fiber stone net structure includes a lower net made of a fiber stone net, a plurality of stones housed by the lower net, a positioning washer connecting the lower net and the stones and preventing release or batter of the stones; and a wedge anchor bolt and nut for anchoring the positioning washer to each stone. The positioning washer is formed in a cross shape to be folded to enclose each of four sides of a net knot of the fiber stone net. The positioning washer includes through-holes corresponding to the inner center of the positioning washer and the each end of the cross in order for a bolt hole to be formed when each end is folded and matched. In a state in which the net knob of the fiber stone net is aligned to the stones arranged on one side of the fiber stone net, each end of the positioning washer placed between the net knob and the stone is folded from the outside of the net knob toward the center to enclose each of four sides of the net knob, and a bolt is anchored to a groove formed on the surface of the stone through one bolt hole formed by folded ends of the positioning washer. The positioning washer is compressed against the surface of the stone by fastening a nut along the threaded portion formed on the rear end of the wedge anchor bolt, thereby engaging the stones to the net knob of the fiber stone net.
