The present invention relates to an apparatus to automatically boil and separate a shellfish. More specifically, the said invention comprises: a boiling tank to boil shellfish using steam after a certain amount of shellfish are put in one side and moved to the other side and stopped; and a separation equipment to separate the shellfish shell which receives the boiled shellfish from the boiling tank inside, discharges the shellfish meat separated by at least one of the operations among rotation and vibration to the lower side, and separates the shellfish shell along the moving direction of the shellfish. Therefore, establishing automated lines can increase work efficiency and productivity.
