The present invention relates to an apparatus for boiling and separating shellfish. In particular, the apparatus for boiling and separating shellfish comprises: a boiling tank for moving a predetermined amount of fish and shellfish injected through one side thereof to the other side and boiling the same by using steam when stopped moving; and a shellfish separation means for receiving the fish and shellfish boiled in the boiling tank in an inner separation space, and separating shell meat from the shellfish and discharging the same to a lower side and separating shell from the shellfish and discharging the same in the transport direction of the fish and shellfish group, by performing at least one operation between rotation and vibration. Therefore, the workability and productivity can be enhanced by building an automation line.
