PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing lung cancer using a complex biomarker is provided to enhance diagnosis efficiency, to improve survival rate of patients with lung cancer, and to change treatment according to a result by monitoring patient's response. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing lung cancer contains a complex biomarker group for diagnosing lung cancer. The biomarker group includes individual biomarkers, IGF-1 and RANTES. The biomarker group further contains one or more selected from A1AT and TTR. The biomarker group also contains CYFRA21-1. The biomarker group additionally contains one or more selected from a group consisting of expression levels of proApoA1, AFP, EGFR, PAI-1, TTR, CEA, CA19-9, and ApoA1, expression level ratio of proApoA1, and ApoA1. [Reference numerals] (S11) Generate variable values by samples about a lung cancer biomarker candidate group; (S12) Select a biomarker group of the lung cancer biomarker candidate group to be introduced into a lung cancer prediction model; (S13) Generate a complex biomarker combination for the selected lung cancer biomarker group; (S14) Select a complex biomarker combination with superior lung cancer diagnosis prediction capability from the generated complex biomarker combinations
