Provided is a seabed mining vessel. The seabed mining vessel includes: a vessel body; a riser extending from the vessel body to a seabed to transport mined ores; a dehydrating part to remove moisture from the ores transported by the riser; a mineral resource selecting unit to select mineral resources from the ores without the moisture; a mineral resource storage tank to store the mineral resources; a horizontal carrying unit installed in the mineral storage tank, lifted in a vertical direction, and rotated in a horizontal direction to carry the minerals in the horizontal direction; and a vertical carrying unit installed in the mineral resource storage tank in the vertical direction to carry the mineral resource in the vertical direction, at least a portion of the vertical carrying unit being exposed to the outside so that the mineral resource is transferred out of the mineral resource storage tank.
