摘要
A mercury ion (Hg^2+) selective and ratiometric fluorescent chemosensor has an excellent combining property with a mercury ion (Hg^2+) compared to a typical fluorescent chemosensor in a 100% aqueous solution and a mixed solution of an aqueous solution-organic solution, and even when other transition metal ions exist, the sensor selectively forms a compound with the mercury ion (Hg^2+) so that the mercury ion (Hg+) can be detected. In addition, by proportionally detecting according to a concentration, not only is a quantitative analysis of the mercury ion (Hg^2+) possible, but also a penetrability in a biological specimen is excellent, an ability to detect the mercury ion (Hg^2+) in a pH range of the biological specimen is excellent, and since detecting the mercury ion (Hg^2+) in the biological specimen is possible, the sensor can be useful in all industrial fields, which require detecting the mercury ion (Hg^2+) having a low concentration, such as a water system including underground water and rivers, and biological specimens.
