The present invention relates to a grounding unit which is buried in a pole construction of installing a pole and performs a grounding process. More particularly, the land contact area enragement of a ground electrode, and the improvement of a concrete filling part, and the combination method of a ground electrode and a ground electrode assembling unit is improved, thereby performing uniform concrete placing in a filling groove of a ground filling side in a concrete molding for manufacturing the ground electrode, improving productivity according to simplifying structure, and keeping a tight coupling force with the ground electrode, and improving conductor grounding performance due to tight connection with the ground electrode assembling unit and the ground electrode.
