The present invention relates to a beta-cyclodextrin immobilized on a glass and cholesterol removal from milk using the same. Provided is a method for manufacturing a glass coated with a beta-cyclodextrin-undecenyl ether, which comprises the steps of: a) synthesizing mono-6-(p-toluenesulfonyl)-6-deoxy-cyclodextrin from beta-cyclodextrin and then conversing into beta-cyclodextrin-undecenyl ether; and b) etching a borosilicate glass and then, coating with the beta-cyclodextrin-undecenyl ether.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
