The present invention relates to a network coding and resource allocation method in a multichannel multiradio multirate multisession wireless multihop network, comprising a first step of configuring a network utility optimization framework by using the Lagrange function and obtaining, by a control unit, sum information of dual variables with respect to all the sessions in every node of the network, a second step of allocating channels to nodes, starting from a node having the largest value, on the basis of the sum information of dual variables, a third step of performing channel allocation, while reducing radios one by one until when the number of radios that may can be used in a channel-allocated transmission node reaches 0, and a fourth step of returning to the second step to perform channel allocation to a node having next priority on the basis of the sum information of the dual variables and repeating the third step until when all the nodes in the network are terminated, in the multichannel multiradio multirate multisession wireless multihop network environment.
