The present invention relates to a filled sealant for a techspan construction method. A body of the sealant is partially filled in an assembly surface of multiple half-arch segment structures to be integrally manufactured. The half-arch segment structures are assembled in a construction field. Therefore, the present invention can easily conducting waterproofing without a separate grinding surface finishing process by easily putting a sealing member into the sealant body exposed between each assembly surface.
