The present invention relates to an apparatus for endodontic treatment having endodontic insertion sensing function, and more specifically, to an apparatus for endodontic treatment having endodontic insertion sensing function, which is removable or integrally installed on a treatment instrument including a handpiece; and an endodontic file installed on an end of the handpiece. The present invention comprises a stopper installed to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the endodontic file; and an indicator installed on the handpiece to recognize the location of the stopper by gradations from the outside by comprising a transport member organically connected with the stopper and integrally moving with the stopper.
