The present invention relates to a method for analysis and measurement of a displacement of a power transmission tower using ground light detection and ranging. The present invention includes a step in which the power transmission tower is measured with ground light detection and ranging at a scan position selected through a prior inspection of the power transmission tower and its vicinity so as to prepare scan data at various angles to the power transmission tower; a step in which the scan data at the various angles are merged through an alignment operation; a step in which the merged scan data is converted into 3D image point group data; a step in which the point group data is compared to design data of the power transmission tower; and a step in which a displacement result of the power transmission tower is calculated based on the difference between the point group data or the difference between the point group data and the design data.
