The present invention relates to a method for analyzing and measuring a displacement and a tilt of a base of a processed power transmission steel tower using ground lidar, which uses ground lidar equipment to precisely measure and analyze a displacement and a tilt of a processed power transmission steel tower without being affected by an external factor. The method for analyzing and measuring a displacement and a tilt of a base of a processed power transmission steel tower using ground lidar according to the present invention accurately measures a displacement, a tilt, and a height difference of a steel tower base to allow precise assembling when assembling an upper portion of the steel tower base to prevent twisting or the like of a processed steel tower to construct the steel tower more safely than a conventional construction method, and thoroughly prevents ground subsidence, a displacement of the steel tower, etc. which can occur later by securing reliable data for the base. In addition, data collected and measured by the ground lidar equipment can be usefully utilized for checking a deviation (a displacement amount) of the processed power transmission steel tower which can occur later on. Since the data collected by the ground lidar equipment can express an overall shape of the steel tower in various angles, the displacement amount can be accurately checked and analyzed even in a place where a measurement is difficult to obtain.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
